1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConformPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Description of Service
ConformPilot provides web accessibility auditing tools, VPAT/ACR report generation, and related services. The Service is available as a desktop application (Electron) and a web-based SaaS platform. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ConformPilot, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ConformPilot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Accessibility audit results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConformPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
